- 1 cup cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 loaf French bread
- 1 pound bacon
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup green onions
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese and cheddar cheese.
- Spread the mixture onto slices of French bread.
- Cook bacon until crispy, chop and sprinkle over cheese mixture.
- Add diced bell peppers and green onions.
- Beat eggs with salt and pepper, then drizzle over the top.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
