- 1 lb (450g) potato gnocchi
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup fresh spinach (optional)
- 1 ball burrata cheese
- Fresh basil, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook gnocchi according to package directions, then drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add spinach and gnocchi to the sauce, tossing to coat.
- Transfer to a serving dish, top with burrata, and garnish with fresh basil.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
