Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) potato gnocchi
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (optional)
  • 1 ball burrata cheese
  • Fresh basil, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook gnocchi according to package directions, then drain.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in crushed tomatoes, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add spinach and gnocchi to the sauce, tossing to coat.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish, top with burrata, and garnish with fresh basil.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
