- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs.
- Dip each chicken piece into the egg, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the chicken bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer and drizzle with olive oil.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
