Instructions

- Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet and swirl to cover the bottom.
- Cook until the edges begin to lift, then flip and cook the other side.
- Repeat with remaining batter, stacking the crepes on a plate.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
