Description

Delicate and flavorful Amaretto Crepes are perfect for a sweet breakfast or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons amaretto liqueur

  • 1 tablespoon melted butter


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, eggs, milk, amaretto, sugar, and salt.
  2. Whisk until smooth and let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  4. Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet and swirl to cover the bottom.
  5. Cook until the edges begin to lift, then flip and cook the other side.
  6. Repeat with remaining batter, stacking the crepes on a plate.
