- 2 cups apple pie filling
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently until combined.
- Fill each taco shell with a layer of the cheesecake mixture, followed by the apple pie filling.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top before serving.
