Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 4 flatbreads
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
- Add ground beef, salt, pepper, paprika, and allspice. Cook until the meat is browned.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly over flatbreads.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding chili flakes to the meat mixture.
- Serve with a side of yogurt or a fresh salad.
