Description

A delicious and savory Armenian meat flatbread topped with spiced ground meat and herbs.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 4 flatbreads
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add ground beef, salt, pepper, paprika, and allspice. Cook until the meat is browned.
  4. Spread the beef mixture evenly over flatbreads.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding chili flakes to the meat mixture.
