- 6 ounces prosciutto
- 3 tablespoons beef tallow
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim the ends of the asparagus and season with salt and pepper.
- Wrap each asparagus spear with a slice of prosciutto.
- Melt the beef tallow and drizzle it over the wrapped asparagus.
- Place the asparagus wraps on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the prosciutto is crispy.
- Serve hot as an appetizer.
