Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, pepper, salt, garlic powder, and parsley.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the cheese mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
