  • 2 cups plant-based milk (such as almond or coconut)
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • A pinch of sea salt


Instructions

  1. Start by scooping the flesh of the ripe avocado into a high-speed blender. Add the cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, plant-based milk, and a pinch of sea salt. Blend everything together until you achieve a silky and smooth consistency.
  2. In a separate bowl, pour the blended mixture over the chia seeds. Mix thoroughly to ensure that all the seeds are well-coated with the chocolatey goodness.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a container with a lid and place it in the refrigerator. Allow it to chill for at least 4 hours, or overnight, so the chia seeds can swell and create a thick pudding-like texture.
