Description

Delicious and easy to make, these Bacon & Egg Breakfast Cups are perfect for a quick breakfast!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Drain and crumble.
  3. Grease a muffin tin and line each muffin cup with a slice of bacon.
  4. In each cup, crack an egg and sprinkle with cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the eggs are set.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes, then remove from the muffin tin.
