Delicious and easy to make, these Bacon & Egg Breakfast Cups are perfect for a quick breakfast!
Ingredients

- 6 slices of bacon
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Drain and crumble.
- Grease a muffin tin and line each muffin cup with a slice of bacon.
- In each cup, crack an egg and sprinkle with cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the eggs are set.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes, then remove from the muffin tin.

- Great for meal prep; can be stored in the fridge for several days.
