Description

Spicy jalapeños stuffed with creamy cheese and wrapped in crispy bacon, perfect for appetizers or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 12 jalapeño peppers
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 12 slices bacon
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until bacon is crispy.

Notes

  • Adjust the spiciness by leaving some seeds in the jalapeños.
