- 12 jalapeño peppers
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 12 slices bacon
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Stuff each jalapeño half with the cream cheese mixture.
- Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until bacon is crispy.
Notes
- Adjust the spiciness by leaving some seeds in the jalapeños.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
