Description

This Baked Brie with Almonds & Herbs is a delicious and festive appetizer perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 round Brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 baguette, sliced


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the Brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the almonds, rosemary, thyme, honey, and olive oil together.
  4. Spoon the almond mixture over the top of the Brie.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is soft and melted.
