- 1 round Brie cheese
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 baguette, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the Brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix the almonds, rosemary, thyme, honey, and olive oil together.
- Spoon the almond mixture over the top of the Brie.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is soft and melted.
- Serve warm with sliced baguette.
