- 1 pound salmon, skinless and boneless
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the salmon, breadcrumbs, parmesan, parsley, garlic, egg, mustard, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve with your favorite sauce.
