Description

Delicious and healthy baked salmon meatballs that are easy to make and packed with flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound salmon, skinless and boneless
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the salmon, breadcrumbs, parmesan, parsley, garlic, egg, mustard, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Serve with your favorite sauce.
