Delicious baked salmon steaks topped with a rich garlic butter sauce, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon steaks
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and add minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper to the garlic butter mixture.
  4. Place salmon steaks in a baking dish and pour the garlic butter sauce over them.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Notes
