- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and add minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper to the garlic butter mixture.
- Place salmon steaks in a baking dish and pour the garlic butter sauce over them.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
