  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp honey or sugar (optional for extra sweetness)
  • 1 tsp lime juice (optional, for a tangy kick)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer: Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken: In a bowl, toss chicken chunks with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Skewer the chicken: Thread the seasoned chicken pieces onto skewers.
  4. Air fry: Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until chicken is golden and cooked through (internal temp should be 165°F).
  5. Make the Bang Bang Sauce: While chicken is cooking, mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
  6. Sauce and serve: Brush sauce over the hot skewers or serve it on the side for dipping. Garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
