- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add cheese and cooked beef to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
- Grease a muffin tin and pour the mixture evenly into the cups.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until muffins are set and lightly golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before removing from the pan.
