Description

Delicious and easy Beef Egg Muffins packed with sausage and cheddar cheese, perfect for meal prep or a quick breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Add cheese and cooked beef to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Grease a muffin tin and pour the mixture evenly into the cups.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until muffins are set and lightly golden.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the pan.
