Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Form mixture into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- In a separate bowl, mix cranberry sauce, barbecue sauce, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
- Pour sauce over meatballs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- These meatballs can be made ahead of time and reheated when ready to serve.
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
