Deliciously sweet and savory cranberry meatballs perfect for the holiday season.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form mixture into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix cranberry sauce, barbecue sauce, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
  5. Pour sauce over meatballs.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through.
  7. Serve hot.
