- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1 cup shredded cabbage (green or purple)
- 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 6 small tortillas (corn or flour)
- Optional toppings: diced avocado, chopped cilantro, hot sauce, lime wedges
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and lime juice. Let marinate while you prep the slaw.
- In another bowl, mix the cabbage, sour cream (or yogurt), lime juice, salt, and pepper to create a creamy slaw.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque.
- Warm the tortillas in a pan or microwave.
- Assemble the tacos: add slaw to each tortilla, top with shrimp, and finish with avocado, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
