Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage (green or purple)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 6 small tortillas (corn or flour)
  • Optional toppings: diced avocado, chopped cilantro, hot sauce, lime wedges

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and lime juice. Let marinate while you prep the slaw.
  2. In another bowl, mix the cabbage, sour cream (or yogurt), lime juice, salt, and pepper to create a creamy slaw.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a pan or microwave.
