Instructions

- In a bowl, whip ricotta with honey and a pinch of salt until smooth and creamy.
- Spread a generous layer of whipped ricotta on each toasted bread slice.
- Top with peach slices, drizzle with more honey, and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
- Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
