A delicious twist on a classic Big Mac, this casserole combines all the flavors you love in a convenient dish.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1/2 cup Big Mac style sauce (or Thousand Island dressing)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded lettuce (for serving)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and garlic, sauté for 2 minutes. Add the ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, mayonnaise, and heavy cream until smooth.
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Spread the cooked beef mixture into a baking dish. Drizzle with Big Mac sauce, sprinkle pickles, and top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the top.
- Cook in the oven for 20–25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with shredded lettuce and a drizzle of extra Big Mac sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot!

- For a vegetarian option, substitute ground beef with a plant-based meat alternative.
