A delicious twist on a classic Big Mac, this casserole combines all the flavors you love in a convenient dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/2 cup Big Mac style sauce (or Thousand Island dressing)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce (for serving)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and garlic, sauté for 2 minutes. Add the ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, mayonnaise, and heavy cream until smooth.
  3. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Spread the cooked beef mixture into a baking dish. Drizzle with Big Mac sauce, sprinkle pickles, and top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the top.
  4. Cook in the oven for 20–25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Garnish with shredded lettuce and a drizzle of extra Big Mac sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot!
