Description

These Big Mac-Inspired Rice Paper Rolls are a fun and fresh take on the classic burger, wrapped in rice paper for a delicious and unique appetizer or light meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 sheets rice paper
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ground beef, cooked and seasoned
  • 1/4 cup special sauce
  • 1/4 cup sliced onions


Instructions

  1. Soak rice paper sheets in warm water until soft.
  2. Lay the rice paper on a clean surface.
  3. Add lettuce, pickles, cheese, beef, onions, and a drizzle of special sauce.
  4. Fold the sides of the rice paper over the filling and roll tightly.
  5. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
