- 4 sheets rice paper
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ground beef, cooked and seasoned
- 1/4 cup special sauce
- 1/4 cup sliced onions
Instructions
- Soak rice paper sheets in warm water until soft.
- Lay the rice paper on a clean surface.
- Add lettuce, pickles, cheese, beef, onions, and a drizzle of special sauce.
- Fold the sides of the rice paper over the filling and roll tightly.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Serve with extra special sauce for dipping.
