- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons blue spirulina powder
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, blue spirulina powder, almond flour, and salt.
- Mix until well combined and the mixture holds together.
- Press the mixture firmly into a lined baking dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Once set, cut into bars and enjoy!
