Description

These delicious blue spirulina bounty bars are a healthy and vibrant treat that combines coconut, almond, and the superfood blue spirulina for a nutritious snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons blue spirulina powder
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, blue spirulina powder, almond flour, and salt.
  2. Mix until well combined and the mixture holds together.
