Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Set to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cut in the butter: Add the cold butter cubes and use a pastry cutter or fingers to mix until crumbly.
  4. Add wet ingredients: Stir in milk and vanilla until just combined. Gently fold in blueberries.
