- 1 banana (frozen preferred)
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the blueberries, banana, protein powder, and almond milk.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add honey and chia seeds, if using, and blend for a few more seconds.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
