Description

A delicious and hearty Breakfast Club Sandwich perfect for a morning meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 slices of bread, toasted
  • 2 slices cooked bacon (or turkey bacon)
  • 2 fried eggs
  • 2 slices deli turkey or ham
  • 1 slice cheddar or Swiss cheese
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Toast the bread slices until golden.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice.
  3. On the first slice, layer lettuce, tomato, and turkey (or ham).
  4. Add the second slice of bread on top, mayo side down.
  5. Layer cheese, fried eggs, and bacon.
  6. Top with the last slice of bread, mayo side down.
  7. Slice in half and serve warm.
