Description
A delicious and hearty Breakfast Club Sandwich perfect for a morning meal.
Ingredients
Scale
- 3 slices of bread, toasted
- 2 slices cooked bacon (or turkey bacon)
- 2 fried eggs
- 2 slices deli turkey or ham
- 1 slice cheddar or Swiss cheese
- 2 slices tomato
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toast the bread slices until golden.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice.
- On the first slice, layer lettuce, tomato, and turkey (or ham).
- Add the second slice of bread on top, mayo side down.
- Layer cheese, fried eggs, and bacon.
- Top with the last slice of bread, mayo side down.
- Slice in half and serve warm.
