Ingredients

- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, crumbled bacon, raisins, red onion, and cheese.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and mix until well coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
