Description

A delicious and healthy broccoli salad with crispy bacon, topped with a creamy dressing.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon sugar


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, crumbled bacon, raisins, red onion, and cheese.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix until well coated.
