Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup Bulgarian feta cheese
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add water and vegetable oil, mixing until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
- Cut the dough into squares.
- Place a spoonful of feta cheese in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners of the square over the filling and seal.
- Place on a baking sheet and brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve warm for the best taste.
- These can be frozen after baking for later consumption.
