Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: Rub chicken with olive oil and season with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let sit for 20–30 minutes.
  2. Grill the chicken: Heat your grill or grill pan to medium-high. Grill the chicken for 5–7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and slightly charred.
  3. Make the Alabama white sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, horseradish, mustard, garlic powder, cayenne (if using), salt, and pepper. Chill in the fridge until ready to use.
  4. Serve: Slice the grilled Cajun chicken and drizzle generously with Alabama white sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
