Description

A delicious fusion of caramel, apples, and cheesecake in a graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups apples, finely chopped
  • ½ cup caramel sauce
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ⅓ cup sour cream


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
  4. Fold in chopped apples, caramel sauce, and cinnamon.
  5. Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set. Allow to cool completely.
  7. Top with sour cream and drizzle with additional caramel sauce before serving.

Notes
