Description

A rich and indulgent treat combining the flavors of caramel and coffee.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until combined.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips, brewed coffee, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased pan and spread evenly.
  6. Let it cool at room temperature until set, then cut into squares.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
  • This fudge can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
