- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup brewed coffee
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until combined.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips, brewed coffee, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pan and spread evenly.
- Let it cool at room temperature until set, then cut into squares.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
- This fudge can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
