- 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
- 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 whipped cream (for topping)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine eggnog, vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass, and top with whipped cream and additional caramel sauce if desired.

- This smoothie can be made dairy-free by using almond or coconut milk eggnog.
