Description

Delicious meatballs stuffed with melted cheddar cheese, perfect for a hearty meal or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Take a small amount of the meat mixture, flatten it, and place a teaspoon of shredded cheddar cheese in the center.
  5. Fold the meat around the cheese and shape into a ball.
  6. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
