- 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried dill weed
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 pre-made pie crust (or torte shell)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Add in the diced red and green bell peppers, celery, garlic powder, onion powder, dill weed, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
- Press the pie crust into a tart pan and fill it with the cheese-vegetable mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden and the filling is set.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Serve chilled or at room temperature for best flavor.
- Can be made a day ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
