Description

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread or baguette
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice bread in half lengthwise. Place on the baking sheet.
  3. Mix softened butter, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Spread evenly over the bread halves.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan generously on top.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden.
  6. Slice into pieces, serve warm, and enjoy the cheesy garlic goodness!
