- 1/2 cup collagen peptides
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup lemon juice

- 1/2 cup rolled oats
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, collagen peptides, honey, lemon juice, salt, baking soda, and lemon zest.
- Add rolled oats and mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Allow to cool before slicing into bars.
