Description

Deliciously chewy and packed with protein, these lemon bars are perfect for a healthy snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup collagen peptides
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, collagen peptides, honey, lemon juice, salt, baking soda, and lemon zest.
  3. Add rolled oats and mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  6. Allow to cool before slicing into bars.
