Ingredients

  • 1 cup bulgur wheat
  • 2 cups sauerkraut
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups chicken broth


Instructions

  3. Add chicken breasts, browning on both sides.
  4. Stir in paprika, pepper, and salt.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.

  7. Cook for about 15-20 minutes until bulgur is tender.
