Ingredients

- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mash the chickpeas with a fork, leaving some chunks for texture.
- Add the red onion, celery, dill pickles, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
