Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the raw cashews and olive oil. Toss until the cashews are evenly coated.
- In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, smoked paprika, and salt. Sprinkle this spice mixture over the cashews and toss until well coated.
- Add the lime juice, lime zest, and honey or maple syrup (if using) to the cashews. Toss again to ensure everything is evenly distributed.
- Spread the seasoned cashews in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
