Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup water chestnuts, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped

  • 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil for frying


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shrimp, water chestnuts, green onions, salt, pepper, and sesame oil.
  2. Add the beaten egg and mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into patties.
  4. Dip the patties in breadcrumbs to coat.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Drain on paper towels before serving.
