- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, water chestnuts, green onions, salt, pepper, and sesame oil.
- Add the beaten egg and mix well.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Dip the patties in breadcrumbs to coat.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
