Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth (jelly-like, chilled)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix flour and water until a dough forms. Knead until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine ground pork, soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil, salt, white pepper, and cold chicken broth. Mix well.
- Divide the dough into small pieces and roll each piece into a circle.
- Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each dough circle.
- Gather the edges of the dough and pinch to seal.
- Prepare a steamer and steam the dumplings for about 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
Notes
- Ensure the chicken broth is gelatinous for the best results.
- Serve with soy sauce or vinegar for dipping.
