- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice avocados into fry shapes.
- In a bowl, whisk the egg.
- In another bowl, combine almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each avocado slice into the egg, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
- Place the coated avocado fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- For the chipotle aioli, mix mayonnaise, chipotle sauce, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
- Serve the fries with the chipotle aioli dip.
