Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice avocados into fry shapes.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the egg.
  4. In another bowl, combine almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Dip each avocado slice into the egg, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
  6. Place the coated avocado fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  8. For the chipotle aioli, mix mayonnaise, chipotle sauce, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
