Description

A delicious and healthy treat made with chia seeds, almond milk, chocolate, and strawberries.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate, melted


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together almond milk, chia seeds, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Let it sit for about 10 minutes, then whisk again to prevent clumping.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to thicken.
