Description

Deliciously chewy and crunchy chocolate quinoa crunch bars, perfect for a healthy snack!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix quinoa, honey, almond butter, and cocoa powder until well combined.
  3. Add chocolate chips and nuts if using, and mix.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until firm.
  6. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
