Ingredients

- 1 cup quinoa
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix quinoa, honey, almond butter, and cocoa powder until well combined.
- Add chocolate chips and nuts if using, and mix.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until firm.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
