A rich and creamy cheesecake with a gooey chocolate interior.

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Add heavy cream, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract to the mixture and blend until fully combined.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
- Allow to cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
- Serve chilled, optionally topped with chocolate ganache.
Notes
- For a richer chocolate flavor, add chocolate chips to the batter.
- Make sure to not overbake the cheesecake to maintain its creamy texture.
