- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed pretzels, cocoa powder, flour, and sugars.
- In another bowl, cream butter, then add eggs and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips and strawberries.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until set.
Notes
- For extra flavor, sprinkle sea salt on top before baking.
