Ingredients

- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 8 oz Brie cheese
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 egg (beaten for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into squares and place them on a baking sheet.
- Add a small piece of Brie cheese to the center of each square.
- Top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and seal.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
