A delicious holiday treat that combines walnuts with a sweet cinnamon glaze and an allulose drizzle, perfect for snacking or as a festive gift.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup allulose
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup water


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine allulose, cinnamon, salt, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and water. Stir over medium heat until dissolved.
  3. Add walnuts to the mixture and stir until well coated.
  4. Spread the walnuts evenly on a baking sheet.
