Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, combine allulose, cinnamon, salt, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and water. Stir over medium heat until dissolved.
- Add walnuts to the mixture and stir until well coated.
- Spread the walnuts evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- Drizzle with additional allulose if desired before serving.
