- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a mixing bowl, separate the egg whites and yolks.
- Beat the egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix the egg yolks with garlic powder, rosemary, and salt.
- Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites until just combined.
- spoon the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the bread cool before serving.
Notes
- Ensure not to overmix the batter to keep the bread fluffy.
- Can be served warm or at room temperature.
