Description

A light and fluffy bread that combines the aromatic flavors of rosemary and garlic.


Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, separate the egg whites and yolks.
  3. Beat the egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  4. In another bowl, mix the egg yolks with garlic powder, rosemary, and salt.
  5. Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites until just combined.
  6. spoon the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let the bread cool before serving.
