- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Separate the egg whites and yolks into two bowls.
- Add cream of tartar to the egg whites and whip until stiff peaks form.
- In the other bowl, mix the yolks, garlic powder, rosemary, and salt until well combined.
- Gently fold the yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until lightly golden.
- Let cool and enjoy!
