Description

Deliciously fluffy cloud bread infused with rosemary and garlic, perfect for the holiday season.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Separate the egg whites and yolks into two bowls.
  3. Add cream of tartar to the egg whites and whip until stiff peaks form.
  4. In the other bowl, mix the yolks, garlic powder, rosemary, and salt until well combined.
  5. Gently fold the yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until lightly golden.
  8. Let cool and enjoy!
