A deliciously rich and decadent peppermint fudge that is low in carbs, perfect for the holiday season.
Ingredients

- 2 cups sugar-free dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies (sugar-free if desired)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine heavy cream and chocolate chips over low heat, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and mix in peppermint extract and salt.
- Pour mixture into a lined 8×8 inch baking dish and sprinkle crushed peppermint over the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Substitute mint extract for peppermint for a different flavor.
