Description

A deliciously rich and decadent peppermint fudge that is low in carbs, perfect for the holiday season.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups sugar-free dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies (sugar-free if desired)


Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream and chocolate chips over low heat, stirring until melted and smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and mix in peppermint extract and salt.
  3. Pour mixture into a lined 8×8 inch baking dish and sprinkle crushed peppermint over the top.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  5. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes
